First, my initial consultation with you is free. I spend an hour minimum to learn about your needs, concerns and goals. Together we assess and determine priorities and how to best start your project. We set preliminary deadlines with a reasonable but adaptable end goal date. Expectations are clearly defined and agreed upon by me and all parties involved.

My personal fee starts at $65.00 an hour. Depending on the gravity of the task, timeline and location my fee can change. I offer limited/finite packages which include my fee:

  • 4 Hour Organizing Package     $300
  • 8 Hour Organizing Package     $600
  • 24 Hour Organizing Package   $1700
  • 36 Hour Organizing Package   $2500

Possible additional fees along with my personal fee (not re: packages) might be moving expenses, storage, cleaning, removal, disposal, painting, framing, landscaping. All fees and charges are drawn and agreed upon before the project begins.
